Capital Assist my company collect on a delinquent account that a
CONSUMER owes us?
A No, Western Capital does not accept
account placements to collect money from consumers. We do accept
account assignments larger than 10,000 placed against a business.
This is done in tandem with our attorneys.
2. Is Western
Capital A State Agency?
A No,
Western Capital is a privately held
company that works with individuals and corporations all over the
world to ensure that the public is protected from the hands of
illegal debt collectors who choose to cross the line in the
collection of debts for their agencies.
3. If I have a
problem with a collection company that is harassing me, can you help
me.
A Yes, because of all of the media
attention that our site has received around the world and because of

5. What do you need
from me?
Once we receive confirmation from paypal
that your 200.00 payment has been processed, we take the first ten
people and screen them for the next weeks work. If all qualify, then
we set up a file for each client. During this time you should be
sending us a letter explaining exactly what happened (as if we know
nothing) in great detail. Also please fax all demand letters,
credit reports etc. to our offices at 408-889-2415. Once we
receive the materials, you will be contacted.
6. What is one
major thing that I need to understand about the VIP Program.
Well, the most important thing that you
should know is that everything that we do is recorded. If you
have not listened to any of the recordings yet, you should do that
now. This will give you a feel for how we deal with issues for our

7. Are you an
attorney?
Absolutely 100% NO! Why in the hell would
we EVER want to be an attorney? We can hire them for 2,000 per
