The past three weeks have been a literal hell on earth as we have been investigating Kavin Austin Blake and his company Florida Home Investments and all of their related entities and corporations.  We never intended to get this far involved as an organization in this cause, but we have a story to tell and this is the time.

We have listened to what you, our International Readers and Listeners, have had to say on every subject imaginable. Today, I am writing to you from South Africa, where I am doing an International Seminar. Last week I was in London England, and even through all of that, THIS IS NOW MY HIGHEST PRIORITY as the Chief Executive Officer of Western Capital and all of our divisions.

My friends, this site is hosted in 16 different nations. That means that every single page of this 3000 page site is replicated worldwide.  There is no way that we will ever stop until justice is truly served. And we truly mean that.

As the President and CEO of The Western Capital Group of Companies, I can promise you that our teams in Beverly Hills, New York and Salt Lake City and Cape Coral Florida are working hard for you. There are people around the world working for FREE doing the legwork so that the case we are building is airtight.

We have MANY volunteers who are giving their time and money to provide YOU with the information that is required to FINALLY stop the insanity of what this company, Florida Home Investments and it's CEO, Austin Blake  Have done to the American Business Community.

This is not hypothecation, it is FACT.

We are working with many State Attorney Generals and Members of the International Media. We are using our vast connections in Washington DC and in the Department of Justice to ensure that this is not another Enron Scandal, where all of the money that has been stolen goes up in flames.

Many of you have called, written and emailed our offices asking what you can do to assist us in our quest. We have interviewed many people and almost everyone that we have spoken to has said the same thing, WATCH YOUR BACK! Austin Blake is not going to go down without a fight, and that does not mean that he will only fight in the court room. 

That being said, our entire team is on this case day and night.  We know what goes on INSIDE THE WORLD OF AUSTIN BLAKE FROM AUSTIN'S FRIENDS, we know his Client Base, we get calls DAILY from Victims.

We will soon be releasing copies and transcripts of phone calls where the victims have recorder their conversations with Blake.  He will be very surprised when he sees the money that has been spent on this investigation. In conclusion, let me say that because we know how Austin Blake is and his style of dealing with "Issues". Because of the way that Austin is, we have had to take a completely different type of strategy to deal with him and his people.  You will and if you have not, you will hear comments from Austin and his minions that we are a bunch of con's. Well in some ways that is true, because back in 1998, yep 8 years ago!,  I fully and acknowledged that as a CEO of a Large Company at the age of 25, that I was absolutely responsible and accountable for my company, its employees and also all of the data that was traveling through our corporate networks.

Do you remember how the internet was in 1998? Do you remember the IBM 286 Machines?  Well, we had a service in our office called PRODIGY (we had to connect with a 14.4 Modem!) , who at the time, was a competitor to CompuServe, this was before Steve started AOL!  Well, as we grew, we attracted attention.  We were in the media as a company that was buying hotels and became known as the Billionaire Boys Club.  We all got caught us in our success, the homes, the girls and all the Lortabs one could ever imagine, that we became a victim of our own success.  Now remember, living in Provo Utah in a 6,000 square foot home at 25 caused people to wonder!  So we were on the radar, and at that time we had a lot of high profile clients, and believe it or not, some of them were not really liked. But if you read the page on this site that describes how we FIX A BROKEN BUSINESS, you will become very clear.  Besides, who else is better at fixing a company than someone that has been through the school of life. 

Long story short, we were COMMANDED to tell EVERYTHING THAT WE KNEW ABOUT OUR PRIVATE CLIENTS, and we simply REFUSED!  So, we were told that if we would not talk voluntarily , then they would FIND a way to MAKE US TALK. Well we said nothing EVER, and ALSO PAID THE PRICE.  They did an "inspection" of our company and found over 50,000 photos on one of the computers.  Back in those days, all that they had were News Groups, so there were photos from around the world, including Landscapes, Homes, Buildings, People and anything you can imagine. Well guess what, they found "3 photos" (that was the law back then)  from a news group (out of 50,000) that were based on the culture of Nudism.  Now you know the rest of the story... "You can either talk or take your chances with a jury"

18 Months in Club Fed with Michael Milken and the boys was not a bad deal. It was not like it is now, with Enron, Tyco, and the rest of Wall Street in Fed. We had a pool and it really was like a country club at the time, Steaks on Sunday, No Fences, You name it!.... until Barbara Walters came in and saw how we lived... That is when it all changed.

So in order to move forward in life and to do the correct and moral thing, I accepted responsibility for my actions.  There was no room for excuses then and I will not provide you with excuses now.

Seeing how so many people in America feel that there is NO HOPE if they ever are convicted of a crime, regardless of the nature, I decided to start a Foundation that assists former and current offenders overcome the fixed beliefs that all  they can do upon reentry to society is enter in and out of the rotating door of prisons and rehabs. Can you imagine being released after years of incarceration and be given 5.00 and told "Don't come back"?

So that is our story, and because of this situation from 8 years ago, This is how I choose to spend my time.... by giving back to society, and honestly, I do a damn good job of it.  So, instead of creating havoc, I volunteer to help the less fortunate, and I finally learned this was possible as I graduated from The Impact Trainings Program.  That is how we now spend our time...  We choose to give back. 

That is evidenced on the relationship we have with CRIMINON INTERNATIONAL and our Foundation.

The bottom line is that this battle is not about Western Capital or Our Employees. It is not about publicity, the media or exposure. 

It is simple. Because I, as the Chief Executive Officer of this Organization, walked into a small company with a simple assignment to assist a 27 year old Entrepreneur fix his small Million Dollar Construction Company.  And what we found during the two weeks we were on site would have taken law enforcement YEARS to figure out and dig up.  But hey! One of our private clients had been scammed out of $8,000! That is a LOT of money for a small business.  And as we began to dig, we found more and more information that just was not right about Austin Blake. That is the third sense that you get when you travel the road that I have traveled.  But one thing that we knew was that our client had a big heart. He was very generous with the rewards that he reaped as he gained in success from a financial perspective.

A well deserving family received a brand new home... for NOTHING!   It did not happen with one person, but it took a large group of people with a common mindset and generosity to make this happen and we did it!

So when you read all of the Blogs, Newsgroups and Boards and you hear all of the stuff about our company 10 years ago, please understand that, as our friend L Ron Hubbard said :

And All that we ask is that you simply look at the difference we are making on a WORLDWIDE BASIS... All because of Love, Passion, Compassion, Understanding, Non- Judgment, and Knowledge that EVERY human soul, regardless of the path he has traveled has something to bring to the table of life.
